GREEN BUS English Guided Tour

We guide you around the Fukuoka and Hakata areas along the Fukuoka City
Loop Bus GREEN route.

An English speaking tour guide provides hidden information on the tourist attractions
while you are traveling by the GREEN BUS and gives you the brief walking tours
at the fascinating tourist spots.

●The places to wander about accompanied by a guide

●Temple and Shrine town

The area is a historical site in Fukuoka-city; Tochoji Temple

and Kushida Shrine can be visited.

●Momochi area

The site is a contemporary water front; Fukuoka tower and

Fukuoka museum can be visited.

●Fukuoka Castle Ruins

The Fukuoka castle, was a region of feudal lord
Nagamasa Kuroda, was built in Fukuoka-city in 1601,

At the present, the area around the ruins of Castle.

● Gathering place: 1F Hakata-eki Kotsu Center (Bus Terminal), Platform no.

●Itinerary

9:00 – 9:15	Registration of the tour
9:00	Get on the GREEN BUS at Hakata-eki Kotsu Center On the bus, a tour guide will give a brief explanation of the tourist spots you can see from the bus window.
9:41	Get off at Kushida Jinja/Hakata Machiya Furusatokan-mae stop The tour guide shows you around Kushida Shrine, and Tochoji Temple.
10:41	Depart at Kushida Jinja/Hakata Machiya Furusatokan-mae stop
11:13	Get off at Fukuokashi Hakubutsukan/Bosai Center-mae stop ・You can explore the spot where you want by your own guide 　up to departure time. ・You can stroll around Fukuoka City Museum, Fukuoka Tower, Marizon, Momochi Seaside Park or have lunch. ・Some restaurants in Marizon, TNC-TV Building, and Fukuoka Tower offer discount/privilege if you show your GREEN PASS. ・Some hands-on activities (free of charge) offered at Prevention Center may　not be available depending on the time of visit.
12:55	Depart at Fukuoka Tower/Marizon Minami-guchi stop
13:14	Get off at Fukuokajoshi/Fukuokashi Bijutsukan Higashi-guchi stop ・The guide shows you Fukuoka Castle Ruins including Tamon Yagura Turret, the Honmaru Ruins.
14：15	The tour is finished at the Fukuoka Castle Ruins

In addition, you can make a self-guided tour utilizing another GREEN BUS,
　such as Tenjin and Nakasu areas.

2:33	Stop at Tenjin/Kego Jinja/Mitsukoshi-mae

2:43	Arrive at Hakata-eki Kotsu Center

Minimum number of participants	8 persons　（max; 15)
Price	￥2,800 per person Please pay the participating price to the tour guide at the gathering place before starting the tour.
Included	GREEN BUS fare, accompanied by a English tour guide
Excluded	Lunch and admission fee of the following Hakata Machiya Folk Museum, Fukuoka City Museum and Fukuoka Tower
Application	・Please make a reservation by phone or fax or e-mail to the following 3 days prior to the tour. ・ Further application may be accepted up to making 　maximum number of participants (15 persons) 　　 by previous day of the tour. ・ Booking available English and Japanese.
