●Application and payment

・Inquiries or booking of an accommodation can be made via e-mail,
　phone or fax.

・When receiving an inquiries or booking, Japan KYUHSU Tourist gives
　you a quotation.

・If you are happy with our proposal, please pay by PayPal, bank transfer to cash,
　and all payment must be Japanese yen.

・We issue a Confirmation document upon receipt of the payment, and book an
accommodation you required.

●Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, a notification should be made by e-mail, phone or
fax to Japan KYHSHU Tourist.

The following cancellation fees will be deducted before refunding.

・Up to 9days before the first night of stay 2,000yen

・2 to 8 days before : 20%of daily room charge　(minimum of 2,000yen)

・Less than 2 days before or not notice given : 100% of room charge
