Many thanks for the organisation of our 1st trip to Kyushu. We had a wonderful time from

your kind arrangement and Mr Taniguchi-san driving and supporting us in Kyushu.

It was a wonderful trip.

Yumeishizuku Ryokan was beautiful and dinners at both Yumeishizuku & Sotonoyu

Waraku Ryokan were fabulous. Thank you for arranging this.

We like to share with you a feedback for Shikisai Hotel, which is not favourable.

Shikisai Ryokan is not a friendly place. We encountered difficulty dragging our luggages

& a wheelchair at outdoor uneven stone ground to check-in at Ryokan and we have an

elderly too, no help was provided by Ryokan. When we left Ryokan, we didn’t receive any

support from Shikisai Ryokan as well. Not a friendly and hospitable place. Additionally,

we couldn’t enjoy the onsen as private onsens were fully booked and their dinner was

also below average. Would suggest to reconsider recommending Shikisai Hotel to your

next customer.

Nonetheless, we are happy to share your email address to our friends in Singapore.

I have also given your email address to my friend Mandy, who will reach you via email

about Hokkaido.

I don’t think you do Hokkaido but I will have her to reach you. You may let her know.

We hope to return to Kyushu again and to reach you in our next trip. Thank you very
