Eel cuisne, Unagino seiro-mushi, 鰻のせいろ蒸し

 

The eel cuisine created in Yanagawa.

The grilled eel is placed on the rice sprinkled with special sauce and

steamed in a bamboo steamer.

 

Each restaurant has own special sauce.
