Terms and Conditions

The purchase of any travel services offered by Japan KYUSHU Tourist constitutes a contractual
arrangement between you and Japan KYUSHU Tourist, and represents your acceptance of the
Japan KYUSHU Tourist Terms & Conditions set out herein.
Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
If the person making the Reservation is doing so on behalf of a party then that person must have
the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the entire party and is
responsible for ensuring that each member of the party is kept fully informed of all the details of
A non-refundable deposit must be remitted in order to process your reservation.
Where the booking is made more than 31 days in advance of the Departure Date a
Deposit shall be payable on booking and the balance of the price shall be payable in
full no later than 30 days prior to the Departure Date.
If the booking is made less than 30 days in advance of the Departure Date, full price
shall be payable in within 7 days of receipt of the Confirmation Invoice.

The date of cancellation shall be deemed to be the date on which Japan KYUSHU Tourist
receives written notice of cancellation.
Travel Insurance is not included with the purchase of your tour. Therefore, Japan KYUSHU
Tourist strongly suggests tour participants to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen
circumstances during your tours or cancellations.
Travel Insurance will cover your non refundable trip costs in the event that you must cancel
your trip due to illness, family crisis or other emergencies.
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot
accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our
obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any
damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions,
“force majeure” means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not,
even with all due care, foresee or avoid.
Such events may include, whether actual or threatened, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial
dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, epidemic, closure of airports
or airspace and all similar events outside our control.
