Frequently Asked Questions
● Can I book a tour without a guide?
It depends on your vehicle type and itinerary. We offer flexible package options to
suit your style:
・For Small Group Vehicles: If you use a private vehicle such as our 9-seater van,
our English-speaking drivers will also serve as your guide, so a separate tour guide
is not required.
・For Larger Groups (Chartered Bus): Since chartered bus drivers generally do not
speak English, an English-speaking guide is required to ensure smooth communication
and coordination throughout your journey.
・For Special Interest Tours: For journeys that demand deep insight, such as the
Christian Pilgrimage Tour, we highly recommend (and may require) a certified guide
to provide the profound historical and spiritual commentary that brings the experience
to life.
● Our Certified Tour Guides vs Standard Group Tour Guides
Below is a comparison between our Customized Tour Guides and Standard
Group Tour guides
● Could you tell me about the Tour Guide services you offer?
Our guides are government-licensed professionals with a deep understanding of
Japanese history and heritage. You can rest assured that you are in the hands of
experts who value accuracy and respect. We serve as a bridge between history and
the present, ensuring every moment of your tour is meaningful, seamless, and unforgettable.
● What is the role of the Tour Guide?
Our guides ensure a seamless, stress-free journey by adapting to your needs in real-
time. From adjusting the walking pace to suit the day’s conditions, to managing meal
arrangements and last-minute itinerary changes—we are dedicated to supporting your
every need with care and flexibility.
● Can the guides provide personalized shopping recommendations?
Our guides will suggest the best shopping spots based on your interests—from
traditional crafts and modern boutiques to hidden gems and specialized stores.
They can even accompany you to assist with your purchases.
●Tailored to Your Every Desire
We believe the finest journeys are those that evolve with you. Beyond a fixed itinerary,
your dedicated guide provides a highly personalized experience shaped by constant dialogue. By carefully considering the season, your family or group dynamics—with
dedicated attention to the needs of both seniors and children—and your unique
interests, your guide adapts seamlessly to your mood and physical comfort each day.
●Comfort for Seniors (Accessible Travel)
We prioritize a relaxed pace and total accessibility. At major tourist destinations, your
dedicated guide evaluates every path to propose the optimal route—selecting flat, short
distances and barrier-free facilities. Our private vehicles provide seamless door-to-door
access to minimize physical strain, with wheelchair assistance available upon request to
ensure a smooth, worry-free experience for the entire family.
7. Christian Pilgrimage tour
● Can you arrange a Mass for us?
Yes, we can certainly arrange a walking experience along the pilgrimage route of the 26
Martyrs. Our guide will lead you on the 10km journey from Tokitsu Port to Nishizaka in
Nagasaki—the exact route they walked on February 5th, 1597, the final day of their
martyrdom.
This tour includes detailed historical commentary, allowing you to reflect on their
journey and its spiritual significance.
8. Golf Tour
● How do you choose the golf courses for your tours?
We focus on finding the “perfect fit” for our international guests.
While many courses have restricted access, we have built relationships with specific
clubs that are well-prepared to welcome global travelers. We don’t just look at the
course layout; we select locations where you can enjoy a smooth, hospitable, and
genuinely enjoyable day of golf in Kyushu.
● Can I play at “exclusive” or “famous” golf courses in Kyushu?
We strive to provide the best possible golfing experience, but we believe in being honest
about the current situation in Japan.
Many of Japan’s most exclusive courses are strictly private and often lack the infrastructure to comfortably welcome international guests (such as English support
or flexible booking systems). Instead of simply chasing a famous name, we prioritize
courses that genuinely welcome global travelers. We carefully select clubs where you
can enjoy not only a beautiful landscape but also warm hospitality and a smooth,
stress-free experience. Our goal is to ensure you feel like a welcomed guest, rather
than just a visitor.
● Why do you provide an English-speaking tour attendant for your golf tours?
Golfing in Japan involves distinct local rules and cultural nuances—from specific
check-in procedures and dining etiquette to unique course-side manners.
Communication in English is often limited at many clubs, which can lead to confusion
or stress.
Our attendants act as your personal concierge on the green. By handling all logistics
and bridge the communication gap, we remove any barriers, allowing you to focus entirely on your game and enjoy the legendary hospitality of Kyushu without a second thought.
