We are convinced that the key to an exceptional journey is a bespoke itinerary, tailored

specifically to your desires.

To craft your perfect trip, we first aim to understand your travel style and passions.

Please provide us with the following details:

・Country of residence

・Travel dates and duration (total Number of days)

・Number of travelers and the nature of your group (e.g., Family, Friends, Corporate, Church, etc.)

・Travel themes or interests

・Preferred accommodation

・Preferred destinations

・Dining preferences

・Desired adventures and cultural experiences

・Additional requirements or special considerations

Based on your preferences and requirements, we will present a draft itinerary.

Through a continuous dialogue with you, we carefully craft each day to create a truly

bespoke itinerary designed exclusively for you.

● Could you suggest an itinerary to enjoy seasonal experiences?

Kyushu offers a diverse range of seasonal experiences, from majestic volcanic

mountain ranges to pristine beaches—all waiting to be discovered.

We can weave the essence of Kyushu into your journey, tailored to your schedule:

from the delicate cherry blossoms and lush greenery that herald the arrival of spring,

to the vibrant energy of traditional summer festivals and the dynamic scenery of our

beaches. Experience the brilliant colors of autumn foliage and the ethereal beauty

of rime and silver frost that transform our winter landscapes.

● Could you design an itinerary for a group with seniors?

We can design custom itineraries for groups with seniors, ensuring a comfortable and

relaxed pace. Since you travel by private vehicle, reaching the vicinity of each spot is

no issue. Our main priority is the walking route from the parking spot to each destination,

ensuring it is short and accessible for all members.

We carefully select routes that avoid steep slopes and stairs, ensuring a smooth

experience for everyone. If wheelchair assistance is required, we can arrange for appropriate

support and prioritize locations with barrier-free facilities, so you can enjoy Kyushu’s beauty

without any physical strain.

● Could you design an itinerary for a family with children?

We can certainly design the perfect itinerary for your family. With its abundance of amusement

parks, aquariums, and safari parks, Kyushu is the ultimate destination for families.

ensuring an engaging experience for the whole family.

Curating the Ideal Accommodation

Finding the perfect hotel and room requires a careful balance of numerous factors.

To ensure your stay aligns seamlessly with your preferences, we offer exclusive insights

and firsthand knowledge—providing the kind of nuanced details and hidden information

often unavailable on public booking sites.

● Accommodation Styles in Japan
Japan’s premier destinations offer two distinct styles of lodging :

・Western-style Hotels:
Found in major cities, these establishments meet the highest international standards.

From prestigious global luxury chains to refined local brands, they offer the familiarity of

premium beds and private ensuite bathrooms in every room.

・Japanese-style Hotels (Ryokan):
Primarily located in “Onsen” (hot spring) resorts, Ryokans offer an immersive cultural

journey. These traditional inns prioritize relaxation, seasonal beauty, and the profound spirit

of Japanese hospitality known as “Omotenashi.”

Tailoring the Stay to Your Preferences

We go beyond standard listings to verify the finer details that ensure a seamless stay.

Our team assists you in selecting the ideal room by evaluating specific criteria, including:

・Room Type: Authentic Japanese, Western, or Japanese-Western hybrids.

・Dimensions & Comfort: Room size, layout, and bed configurations.

・Bathing Facilities: Detailed specifications of indoor showers/baths and the availability

 of private open-air baths.

・Amenities: In-room features and premium essentials.

・Dining Preferences: Options for in-room dining, private dining suites, or hotel restaurants.

● Ryokan Room Categories

Japanese-style Rooms: Authentic spaces featuring woven straw (tatami) mats.

Guests experience the tradition of sleeping on high-quality futons laid on the floor.

・Japanese-Western (Hybrid) Rooms: The best of both worlds—combining a tatami

relaxation area with the comfort of Western-style beds.

・Western-style Rooms: Many modern Ryokans also offer fully Western rooms

  with standard flooring and bedding.

● The Art of Kaiseki Dining

Dining at a Ryokan is the pinnacle of Japanese culinary art. The highlight is “Kaiseki”—

a sophisticated multi-course dinner that celebrates the harmony of seasonal flavors and

exquisite presentation.

・Dinner: A sequence of 10 to 12 meticulously crafted small plates, served on artisanal

ceramics that tell the story of the season. It is a breathtaking experience for all five senses.

000IMG_4851-300x200-1.jpg (300×200)

Breakfast: A traditional Japanese breakfast is a nourishing feast for the soul, featuring

freshly steamed rice, flavorful miso soup, and grilled seasonal fish—a peaceful and

    energizing start to your day.

Dietary Requirements

We are committed to inclusivity. We coordinate closely with hotels to accommodate diverse
dietary needs—including vegetarian, gluten-free, and religious requirements.

● Accessibility
We ensure a fully accessible environment by verifying doorway widths and arranging for essential
equipment like shower chairs and grab bars. Simply share your requirements, and we will curate
a stay that is both comfortable and barrier-free.

Dedicated Private Vehicle

We specialize in customized tours utilizing dedicated private vehicles, as we believe

this is the ultimate way to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for our guests.

Total Flexibility & Time Efficiency
Unlike trains or buses, a private vehicle follows your pace, not a timetable.

You can linger at a sacred site that touches your soul, or make a spontaneous stop

when you encounter a serene landscape that captures your imagination.

Access to Hidden Gems and Remote Destinations
Many of Kyushu’s most profound sacred sites and scenic vistas are tucked away in

secluded areas. A private vehicle provides the only way to reach these “hidden gems”

comfortably and efficiently, taking you far beyond the reach of public transport.

Seamless Comfort & Local Insight
Leave behind the stress of navigating complex maps or managing heavy luggage.

In the quiet privacy of your vehicle, you can relax between destinations or engage

in deep conversations with your guide to gain intimate insights into local history and

culture.

Our Fleet: Tailored to Your Group Size

To ensure the highest level of comfort, we provide a curated selection of premium

vehicles, meticulously maintained to meet your specific requirements.

For Small Groups & Couples (Up to 8 Guests)

We offer a range of intimate and spacious options designed for seamless travel.

For these tours, an English-speaking driver will escort you throughout your itinerary.

(Chinese-speaking drivers are also available upon request.)

・Premium Sedan (JPN TAXI type : deal for solo travelers or couple

For Larger Groups : private chartered buses (More than 8 Guests)

For larger delegations or extended families, we arrange private chartered buses.

These provide ample room and dedicated luggage space, ensuring that even large groups

travel with the same elegance and ease as our private car tours.

For bus tours, a certified tour guide will accompany you to ensure a smooth and enriching

journey. Please note that while our bus drivers do not speak English, your

dedicated guide will handle all communication and coordination throughout the trip.

We offer a variety of bus capacities to suit your needs:

Please choose the most suitable option depending on your group size and the volume of luggage.

The Advantages of a Private Vehicle over a Rental Car
While renting a car may offer a sense of independence, it often brings significant logistical
challenges. Driving in Japan requires constant attention to complex road conditions and n
avigating strict parking regulations.
In contrast, our dedicated private vehicle service includes a professional English-speaking
driver, allowing you to simply sit back and fully immerse yourself in the journey.
There is no need to worry about navigating unfamiliar roads or searching for parking.
Your personal driver acts as both a concierge and a guide, sharing Kyushu’s deep history,
hidden gems, and local legends that remain tucked away from guidebooks.
This is more than just transportation; it is a curated, fully guided experience, expertly
tailored to your every desire.

Market research for pleasant travel

Spending time at Accommodations in various regions is one of the main pleasures of the

traveling experience and important for a refreshing, relaxing, recharging rest.

From the accommodation you can enjoy a lot of things during your stay that you have never

experienced before such as extraordinary exciting events, calming and charming environs,

delicious and authentic local cuisine, exquisite Onsen, stunning local scenery and beautiful

nature, historical architecture and heritage sites and other interesting and intriguing esoteric

elements of Japanese culture.

Every Meal and Japan adventures & cultural experiences during the trip is also part of

the passion and enjoyment.

Market Research

In order to provide the optimal trip experience in accordance with your travel conditions, plans

and preferences, we are assessing and confirming the situation and standard of tourist

destinations ourselves by staying in Accommodations, eating Meals in local restaurants and

Experiencing various aspects of the location and surrounds.

The results of our market research are being continually updated.

Accommodation

Japan has a wide variety of accommodations that cannot be described simply as either

Western-style hotels or Japanese-style hotels. For example:

Onsen Resort Accommodation

Most of these accommodations offer Japanese-style service, and include dinner.

The accommodation buildings are either Japanese-style or a modern architectural style

that is in harmony with the surrounding nature. Most of the rooms are equipped with

modern beds, and some accommodations have open-air bath rooms.

Tourist destinations accommodation

Most accommodations are in attractive modern architectural styles and many of these

offer breakfast but no dinner.

When choosing a place to stay, we certainly consider not only the services of the

Accommodation, but also the access to restaurants, facilities and tourist attractions.

In order to provide the suitable Accommodation, we stay at a wide range of Hotels from

economy class to luxury class to confirm and assess all aspects such as the availability

of all included items, and the standard and quality of the Service.
