Bespoke Itinerary

Your Unique Journey Through Kyushu

We offer tailor-made travel experiences by creating a bespoke itinerary uniquely

designed for each guest.

Our Bespoke Itineraries

We take pride in our bespoke itineraries, meticulously designed to showcase

the very best of Kyushu.

A bespoke itinerary is a fully personalized travel plan, crafted from scratch to align

with your unique interests and preferences. Unlike standard tours, we offer exclusive

experiences and a flexible pace, ensuring every moment of your journey in Kyushu is

truly one-of-a-kind.

Designing Your Bespoke Journey

Through personalized consultation, we design the ultimate journey tailored exclusively

to you

Step 1: Discover Your Inspiration

We provide a diverse collection of model itineraries designed to showcase the different

facets of Kyushu—from gourmet food trails to hidden hot spring retreats. These serve

as a creative foundation. You can browse these samples and select the one that best

resonates with your travel style and interests.

Step 2: Personal Consultation

Once you have chosen a starting point, we dive into the details. We listen closely to your

specific desires: Are there particular flavors you want to taste? Do you prefer a faster or

slower pace? Are there any “must-see” landmarks or “off-the-beaten-path” experiences

you crave? This is where your unique personality begins to shape the trip.

Step 3: Refinement into a Bespoke Journey

Using the model itinerary as our canvas and your feedback as our guide, we meticulously

refine every detail. We adjust the logistics, secure exclusive access, and hand-pick

accommodations to create a truly one-of-a-kind Bespoke Journey that is tailored

exclusively to you.

Seasonal experiences

Kyushu offers a diverse range of seasonal experiences, from majestic volcanic mountain ranges

to pristine beaches—all waiting to be discovered.

We can weave the essence of Kyushu into your journey, tailored to your schedule: from the

delicate cherry blossoms and lush greenery that herald the arrival of spring, to the vibrant energy

of traditional summer festivals and the dynamic scenery of our beaches. Experience the brilliant

colors of autumn foliage and the ethereal beauty of rime and silver frost that transform our

winter landscapes.

Itinerary for a group with seniors

We can design custom itineraries for groups with seniors, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed pace.

Using a private vehicle allows easy access to the immediate vicinity of each destination.

Our main priority is the walking route from the parking spot to each destination, ensuring it is short

and accessible for all members.

We carefully select routes that avoid steep slopes and stairs, ensuring a smooth experience for

everyone. If wheelchair assistance is required, we can arrange for appropriate support and

prioritize locations with barrier-free facilities, so you can enjoy Kyushu’s beauty without any

physical strain.

Itinerary for a family with children

We can certainly design the perfect itinerary for your family. With its abundance of amusement parks,

aquariums, and safari parks, Kyushu is the ultimate destination for families. We would be delighted to

coordinate a bespoke itinerary that caters to your children’s wishes, ensuring an engaging experience

for the whole family.

Enjoy Authentic Kyushu Meals

Experiencing Japan’s rich culinary heritage is one of the greatest joys of travel and a truly

priceless asset. Japanese food and culture are inextricably linked, shaped by the unique

characteristics of each region—from its landscapes and climate to its agricultural traditions

and historical roots. This diversity gives rise to the one-of-a-kind, authentic flavors found

in local specialties throughout the country.

On your journey through Kyushu, we invite you to enjoy the diverse essence of Japanese

cuisine, ranging from everyday local favorites and storied regional dishes to the heights of

world-class Japanese fine dining. Furthermore, at Japanese-style accommodations (Ryokan),

you can indulge in Kaiseki cuisine—a true masterpiece of culinary art.

Japan’s Daily Soul Food

Eat exactly like a local. Discover the honest, everyday meals that

fuel Japanese life at hidden neighborhood gems and storied shops

passed down through generations.

Dive into a world of flavor—from a deeply satisfying bowl of Udon or

Ramen to the comforting warmth of a Donburi rice bowl and

slow-simmered Oden.

These aren’t just meals; they are the timeless tastes of Japan.

Destination Flavors

A taste you have to travel for. Indulge in exquisite dishes crafted from

ingredients unique to this region—from Yanagawa’s traditional steamed

eel and the fresh treasures of the Genkai Sea to the buttery richness of

premium Kyushu Wagyu, such as Aso or Bungo beef.

Don’t miss the legendary Seki Aji and Seki Saba, rare delicacies found

only in these specific coastal waters. These are the soul of the land:

authentic flavors and a local dining experience that stays with you forever.

World-class Japanese fine dining

Experience more than a meal—witness a profound dialogue between

master artisans and the finest seasonal ingredients. Every dish is a

testament to decades of dedication and the fleeting beauty of the present.

We invite you to savor this living art.

The Art of Kaiseki Dining at Ryokan

Dining at a Japanese-style Hotel (Ryokan) represents the finest experience in Japanese

culinary art. The highlight is “Kaiseki”—a sophisticated multi-course dinner that celebrates the

harmony of seasonal flavors and exquisite presentation.

Enjoy Onsen in Kyushu

Kyushu’s greatest strength lies in its perfect balance of “Traditional Japan” and “Nature”

— a combination every traveler to Japan seeks.

As one of Japan’s premier hot spring paradises, Kyushu boasts an incredible variety of

thermal waters and numerous resort areas that blend seamlessly with nature—from

breathtaking volcanic landscapes to serene sanctuaries that soothe the soul.

The Secret Behind the Paradise: Three Miraculous Conditions
The incredible diversity of hot spring resorts in Kyushu is the result of three miraculous

conditions:

・Overwhelming Volcanic Energy:
With its 17 active volcanoes serving as heat sources, Kyushu offers a wide range of

resort styles tailored to its dramatic terrain—from Mt. Aso, featuring one of the world’s

largest calderas, to the unique coastal sand steam baths of Ibusuki.

・A “Treasure Trove” of Spring Types:
As groundwater dissolves complex minerals from deep rock layers, nearly every type

of hot spring found in Japan is concentrated here. Each location offers a unique character,

from skin-smoothing alkaline waters to fizzy carbonated springs.

・Abundant Rainfall and Flow:
Kyushu’s high rainfall provides a rich supply of groundwater, heated by volcanic energy

to support the highest discharge in Japan, most notably in Beppu.

The Diverse Faces of Kyushu’s Onsen Resorts

Kyushu features a wide variety of onsen resorts, each uniquely defined by its own history, culture,

and the natural diversity of its terrain and thermal waters

Kyushu’s Premier Onsen Destinations

Harazuru : The “Double Beauty” Waters
Located along the serene Chikugo River, this resort is famous for its “Double Beauty” springs,

combining two different mineral types that leave your skin incredibly smooth.
Unzen : A Volcanic Sanctuary in the Clouds
Set in a high-altitude national park, Unzen offers dramatic “Hell” landscapes with hissing steam

and a rich history as Japan’s first resort for international travelers.
Beppu: The Onsen Capital of the World

Boasting the highest discharge rate in Japan, Beppu is an energetic city where steam rises from

every corner. Explore the colorful “Seven Hells” and experience incredible thermal variety.

Yufuin : Sophisticated Serenity at the Foot of Mt. Yufu

A refined resort town blending chic art galleries, stylish cafes, and high-end ryokans. It offers a

tranquil escape with breathtaking mountain views.

Aso : Rejuvenation Amidst Volcanic Grandeur

Experience the healing power of the earth inside one of the world’s largest calderas.

Aso’s springs are surrounded by vast grasslands and majestic volcanic peaks.

Ibusuki: The Unique Natural Sand Steam Bath

Famous for its world-unique “Sunamushi” (Natural Sand Steam Bath) on the beach.

Clad in a yukata and buried in geothermally heated sand, it’s the ultimate detox experience.

The Ultimate Onsen Retreat: Crafted Just for You

Beyond the blissful experience of soaking in hot springs and savoring local delicacies, an

onsen resort offers a wealth of activities—from strolling through culture-steeped towns to

immersing yourself in traditional experiences and scenic drives.

To ensure you make the most of it, we suggest the finest onsen resorts based on your

unique requests, crafting a one-of-a-kind private tour perfectly matched to your style.

Certified Tour Guide

In most standard group tours, a guide’s primary mission is time management and

crowd control, often prioritizing general information over individual curiosity.

Our Guides Are Your Personal Travel Concierges

A truly bespoke journey is defined by the people who lead it. Our team consists of

government-certified, multilingual guides who are more than just translators—they

are passionate storytellers and local experts.

Whether unraveling the profound history of Christianity in Nagasaki, navigating the

subtle etiquette of a traditional tea ceremony, or recommending a hidden local eatery,

our guides provide deep insights and attentive care. With their expertise and hospitality,

we transform your travels into a series of meaningful and unforgettable encounters.

We provide more than just a guide; we offer a personal travel concierge dedicated 100%

to creating a seamless, personalized, and comfortable journey for you.

we serve as a bridge between the past and the present, unveiling the timeless charms

of each region.

reveal the hidden narratives within each landscape. Through these authentic insights,

your travel moments become deeper and more vibrant, allowing you to truly immerse

yourself in the soulful essence of the land.

Tailored to Your Every Desire
We believe the finest journeys are those that evolve with you. Beyond a fixed itinerary,

your dedicated guide provides a highly personalized experience shaped by constant dialogue.

By carefully considering the season, your family or group dynamics—with dedicated attention

to the needs of both seniors and children—and your unique interests, your guide adapts

seamlessly to your mood and physical comfort each day.

your guide tailors every moment to balance high-energy fun with peaceful downtime for

parents. Should your child be captivated by something unexpected along the route, your

guide will instantly adapt the itinerary to nurture that curiosity. We manage the logistics,

so you can simply embrace the magic of discovery together.

As your personal travel concierge, our guides are dedicated to crafting an unforgettable journey

for you. Your every wish is our priority

Accommodation Selection

Selecting Your Ideal Accommodation
Finding the perfect hotel and room requires a careful balance of numerous factors.

To ensure your stay aligns perfectly with your preferences, we provide exclusive

insights and detailed information often unavailable on public websites.

● Accommodation Styles in Japan
Japan’s premier destinations offer two distinct styles of lodging:

・Western-style Hotels:
Found in major cities, these establishments meet the highest international standards.

From prestigious global luxury chains to refined local brands, they offer the familiarity of

premium beds and private ensuite bathrooms in every room.

・Japanese-style Hotels (Ryokan):
Primarily located in “Onsen” (hot spring) resorts, Ryokans offer an immersive cultural

journey. These traditional inns prioritize relaxation, seasonal beauty, and the profound spirit

of Japanese hospitality known as “Omotenashi.”

Tailoring the Stay to Your Preferences

We go beyond standard listings to verify the finer details that ensure a seamless stay.

Our team assists you in selecting the ideal room by evaluating specific criteria, including:

・Room Type: Authentic Japanese, Western, or Japanese-Western hybrids.

・Dimensions & Comfort: Room size, layout, and bed configurations.

・Bathing Facilities: Detailed specifications of indoor showers/baths and the availability

 of private open-air baths (露天風呂).

・Amenities: In-room features and premium essentials.

・Dining Preferences: Options for in-room dining, private dining suites, or hotel restaurants.

● Ryokan Room Categories

Japanese-style Rooms: Authentic spaces featuring woven straw (tatami) mats.

Guests experience the tradition of sleeping on high-quality futons laid on the floor.

・Japanese-Western (Hybrid) Rooms: The best of both worlds—combining a tatami

relaxation area with the comfort of Western-style beds.

・Western-style Rooms: Many modern Ryokans also offer fully Western rooms

  with standard flooring and bedding.

● The Art of Kaiseki Dining

Dining at a Ryokan is the pinnacle of Japanese culinary art. The highlight is “Kaiseki”—

a sophisticated multi-course dinner that celebrates the harmony of seasonal flavors and

exquisite presentation.

・Dinner: A sequence of 10 to 12 meticulously crafted small plates, served on artisanal

ceramics that tell the story of the season. It is a breathtaking experience for all five senses.

000IMG_4851-300x200-1.jpg (300×200)

Breakfast: A traditional Japanese breakfast is a nourishing feast for the soul, featuring

freshly steamed rice, flavorful miso soup, and grilled seasonal fish—a peaceful and

    energizing start to your day.

Dietary Requirements

We are committed to inclusivity. We coordinate closely with hotels to accommodate diverse
dietary needs—including vegetarian, gluten-free, and religious requirements.

● Accessibility
We ensure a fully accessible environment by verifying doorway widths and arranging for essential
equipment like shower chairs and grab bars. Simply share your requirements, and we will curate
a stay that is both comfortable and barrier-free.

Dedicated Private Vehicle

We specialize in customized tours utilizing dedicated private vehicles, as we believe

this is the ultimate way to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for our guests.

Total Flexibility & Time Efficiency
Unlike trains or buses, a private vehicle follows your pace, not a timetable.

You can linger at a sacred site that touches your soul, or make a spontaneous stop

when you encounter a serene landscape that captures your imagination.

Access to Hidden Gems and Remote Destinations
Many of Kyushu’s most profound sacred sites and scenic vistas are tucked away in

secluded areas. A private vehicle provides the only way to reach these “hidden gems”

comfortably and efficiently, taking you far beyond the reach of public transport.

Seamless Comfort & Local Insight
Leave behind the stress of navigating complex maps or managing heavy luggage.

In the quiet privacy of your vehicle, you can relax between destinations or engage

in deep conversations with your guide to gain intimate insights into local history and

culture.

The Advantages of a Private Vehicle over a Rental Car
While renting a car may offer a sense of independence, it often brings significant logistical
challenges. Driving in Japan requires constant attention to complex road conditions and n
avigating strict parking regulations.
In contrast, our dedicated private vehicle service includes a professional English-speaking
driver, allowing you to simply sit back and fully immerse yourself in the journey.
There is no need to worry about navigating unfamiliar roads or searching for parking.
Your personal driver acts as both a concierge and a guide, sharing Kyushu’s deep history,
hidden gems, and local legends that remain tucked away from guidebooks.
This is more than just transportation; it is a curated, fully guided experience, expertly
tailored to your every desire.
