Designing Your Bespoke Journey
Through personalized consultation, we design the ultimate journey tailored exclusively
to you
Step 1: Discover Your Inspiration
We provide a diverse collection of model itineraries designed to showcase the different
facets of Kyushu—from gourmet food trails to hidden hot spring retreats. These serve
as a creative foundation. You can browse these samples and select the one that best
resonates with your travel style and interests.
Step 2: Personal Consultation
Once you have chosen a starting point, we dive into the details. We listen closely to your
specific desires: Are there particular flavors you want to taste? Do you prefer a faster or
slower pace? Are there any “must-see” landmarks or “off-the-beaten-path” experiences
you crave? This is where your unique personality begins to shape the trip.
Step 3: Refinement into a Bespoke Journey
Using the model itinerary as our canvas and your feedback as our guide, we meticulously
refine every detail. We adjust the logistics, secure exclusive access, and hand-pick
accommodations to create a truly one-of-a-kind Bespoke Journey that is tailored
exclusively to you.
Seasonal experiences
Kyushu offers a diverse range of seasonal experiences, from majestic volcanic mountain ranges
to pristine beaches—all waiting to be discovered.
We can weave the essence of Kyushu into your journey, tailored to your schedule: from the
delicate cherry blossoms and lush greenery that herald the arrival of spring, to the vibrant energy
of traditional summer festivals and the dynamic scenery of our beaches. Experience the brilliant
colors of autumn foliage and the ethereal beauty of rime and silver frost that transform our
winter landscapes.
Itinerary for a group with seniors
We can design custom itineraries for groups with seniors, ensuring a comfortable and relaxed pace.
Using a private vehicle allows easy access to the immediate vicinity of each destination.
Our main priority is the walking route from the parking spot to each destination, ensuring it is short
and accessible for all members.
We carefully select routes that avoid steep slopes and stairs, ensuring a smooth experience for
everyone. If wheelchair assistance is required, we can arrange for appropriate support and
prioritize locations with barrier-free facilities, so you can enjoy Kyushu’s beauty without any
physical strain.
Itinerary for a family with children?
We can certainly design the perfect itinerary for your family. With its abundance of amusement parks,
aquariums, and safari parks, Kyushu is the ultimate destination for families. We would be delighted to
coordinate a bespoke itinerary that caters to your children’s wishes, ensuring an engaging experience
for the whole family.
Accommodation Selection
Selecting the right hotel and room requires careful consideration of numerous factors to
perfectly match your preferences. Therefore, we provide extensive information not
available on websites to help you select the most suitable accommodation.
Japanese tourist destinations offer both Western-style and Japanese-style hotels.
Western-style hotels:
Major cities in Japan offer a wide range of Western-style hotels that meet international
standards. Ranging from global luxury chains to high-quality local brands, these hotels
provide the comfort of standard beds and private ensuite bathrooms in every room
|
![]() |
![]() |
Japanese-style hotels
These are commonly known as “Ryokan.” They are primarily located in “Onsen” (hot spring)
resorts. This style of accommodation, based on traditional Japanese inns, offers an
immersive cultural experience that prioritizes relaxation, seasonal aesthetics, and the spirit
of Japanese hospitality known as “Omotenashi.”
![]() |
![]() |
![]() |
Select a room based on our preferences
When selecting a room, we verify several key factors to ensure a comfortable stay—details
that often cannot be confirmed on a website. We assist our clients in selecting the ideal room
by presenting various criteria, such as those listed below, to ensure a personalized and
comfortable stay:
Room Type: (e.g., Western-style, Japanese-style, or Japanese-Western hybrid rooms)
Room size and layout, Bed configuration and size
In-room shower and indoor bath specifications
Availability of a private open-air bath in the room
In-room amenities and features
Dining location (e.g., in-room, private dining room, or restaurant)
Guest rooms for Japanese-style hotel
The rooms are mainly classified into the following two types:
Japanese-style rooms
Authentic rooms with woven straw (tatami) mats. Guests sleep on futons laid directly on the floor,
providing a true cultural experience.
Japanese-Western (Hybrid) rooms
The best of both worlds. These rooms feature a tatami relaxation area along with standard
Western beds, ideal for those who prefer not to sleep on the floor.
In addition to hybrid rooms, some hotels offer entirely Western-style rooms with standard beds
and flooring.
Dining can at a Japanese-style hotel
A Japanese-style hotel offers a traditional Kaiseki dinner and a healthy Japanese breakfast.
Dining at a Japanese-style hotel is the ultimate authentic Japanese culinary experience.
It is more than just a meal; it is a traditional art form known as ‘Kaiseki.’ The harmony
between the exquisite ceramics and the colorful seasonal food is truly breathtaking.
Experience our dedicated ‘Omotenashi’ hospitality through a personalized dining service
featuring an elegant Kaiseki dinner and a nourishing traditional breakfast.
Kaiseki dinner experience at a Japanese-style hotel
The highlight of your is “Kaiseki,” a sophisticated multi-course dinner. It consists of around
10 to 12 small, beautifully crafted dishes served in a specific order—from appetizers to dessert.
Indulge in the ultimate Japanese culinary art. The Kaiseki dinner is a meticulously crafted
multi-course meal that celebrates the harmony of seasonal flavors and artistic presentation.
Each dish, served on exquisite ceramics, tells a story of the current season, offering a
breathtaking experience for all five senses.
Breakfast experience at a Japanese-style hotel
A traditional Japanese breakfast is a work of art. The breakfast is a well-balanced, nourishing
feast featuring freshly steamed rice, flavorful miso soup, and grilled seasonal fish. Every small
dish is meticulously prepared to energize both your body and soul, offering a peaceful start
to your morning.
Accommodate various dietary requirements
We strive to work with hotels to meet our guests’ diverse dietary requirements—including
vegetarian, allergy-friendly, and religious needs—whenever possible, so that everyone can
fully enjoy Japanese cuisine.
Dedicated Private vehicle
We offer customized tours using Dedicated Private Vehicle, recognizing the following key
advantages for our guests.
