● Will I have any issues communicating if I don’t speak Japanese?
From the initial planning stages and consultations to on-site support and your
dedicated private guide, we provide full English-language support to ensure

yourself in the beauty of Kyushu.
● I haven’t decided on my travel dates or destinations yet.
Can I still consult with you?

● Is there a fee for creating a custom tour itinerary?
Initial itinerary planning (drafting your itinerary) and consultations are completely free.
No costs are incurred until you are fully satisfied with the plan and enter into a formal
agreement.
● Can you create a plan that fits my specific budget?
Yes, certainly. We can scale the plan to suit your budget by selecting different tiers of
accommodation and adjusting the variety and grade of your meals. Whether you prefer

Dining: We found a local restaurant we’d like to try instead of the planned one.
Photo Stops: The sunset over Aso is stunning—can we pull over for a few minutes?

Pacing: We are feeling a bit tired today; can we skip the next shrine and head to the
hotel early for an extra onsen (hot spring) soak?
● How far in advance should I make a reservation?
Ideally, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance. This allows us to secure
your desired hotels and private transportation to ensure the ultimate travel experience
in Kyushu. However, we can often accommodate requests made as late as 2 weeks
to 1 month before departure. Please note that early booking is highly recommended
for popular experiences like the Takachiho boat ride and premium accommodations.

How to travel in Kyushu
Kyushu is Japan’s third largest island, located southwest of the main island Honshu.
An early center of Japanese civilization, Kyushu offers many historic treasures,
modern cities and natural beauty. And Kyushu is composed of numerous unique and
charming regions all with their own distinctive history, culture, cuisine, natural beauty,
geography, industry and economy.
Many destinations in Kyushu are not easily reached by public transportation such as
JR and bus, as are Japan’s major tourist areas of Osaka, Kyoto, Hakone and Tokyo.
We offer the following tailor-made which you can travel to your favorite destinations

The customized tour by the use of a private vehicle as for transportation.
For small number of groups such as less than 7 persons, Chartered taxi
with English speaking driver who takes you any places as per the Itinerary.

Seasonal information
Japan’s four seasons are very distinct and are full of nature and seasonal fun no matter
what time of year it is. We offer the seasonal information such as Events and flowers for

Yanagawa Sagemon Festival Yanagawa, February 11 to April 3
The festival is held from February 11 through April 3 in Yanagawa. Hina dolls are displayed
by families with girls to pray for safe growth of their children, in Yanagawa, in addition to
Hina dolls, colourful “Sagemon” are displayed.

Yoshii Hina doll Festival, Ukiha, February 11 to March 20
Yoshii is located in Ukiha, Fukuoka-prefecture. Hina doll Festival is held from February
11 through March 20. Main Hina dolls are displayed at Shirakabe Avenue district, where
the river is lined by attractive former warehouses, all with traditional wood and white
plaster exteriors. Please visit Yoshii enjoying Japanese Cultural experience.

Kyokusui-no-en Dazaifu, March 2
The festival is held at Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine on first Sunday of March, a purification ceremony
on a winding stream, is performed by ladies and gentlemen in a ceremonial court robe under the
plum blossoms in full-bloom.

Hiburi-shinji at Aso Shrine, March 25
Hiburi-shinji is the annual festival held at Aso Shrine in Aso on March 25, 2025. Hiburi-shinji is a Shinto
ritual that signifies the wedding ceremony of the gods. When the deity of the Himegami wrapped in
oak branches and leaves arrives, the parishioners all celebrate by lighting torches made from grass
and waving them around.

Cherry blossom forecast in 2025
In Kyushu, they start blooming around March 22 and become full bloom around March 31.

Kawachi Wisteria Garden
The private garden at the Mountain foot of Sarakura, in Kitakyushu-city. The garden is opened
to the public seasonally during the wisteria season which usually peaks around late April to
